7am is a fun and inclusive fitness community that meets every weekday at 6 AM for a morning walk at Marine Drive.
Open to everyone regardless of pace or fitness level—no registration needed. Focused on growing and moving together.
Charity Sundays
On Sundays, we organize special fitness events with a small contribution that goes directly to charity. Adding a meaningful purpose to every step we take.
